AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO SIGN A LETTER INVITING MARION COUNTY AND THE FGUA TO PERFORM THE NECESSARY PRELIMINARY DUE DILIGENCE EVALUATION TO DETERMINE ANY INTEREST IN ACQUIRING THE CITY'S WATER AND WASTEWATER UTILITY SYSTEM AND TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL
WAIVE OPEN CONTAINER ORDINANCE 99-98, SPECIFICALLY SEC. 6-4 OF THE CITY'S CODE, DURING THE HOURS OF 9:30 A.M. TO 9:00 P.M. ON APRIL 22, 2017 FOR SPECIAL EVENT APPLICATION PZ1617-037 BOOMTOWN DAY, RESTRICTED TO THOSE AREAS AS DEPICTED ON EVENT MAP AND CONTINGENT UPON PLACEMENT OF APPROPRIATE SIGNAGE AND BARRICADES
PROPOSED MOTION: I move the City Council meeting be adjourned.
