REVIEW OF 10/1/2017 ACTUARIAL VALUATION & GASB67/68 SUPPLEMENT - CHUCK CARR WITH SOUTHERN ACTUARIAL SERVICES

APPROVAL OF CHAPTER 2013-100 DISCLOSURES - CHUCK CARR WITH SOUTHERN ACTUARIAL SERVICES
PROPOSED MOTION:  I move the disclosures required pursuant to Chapter 2013-100, Laws of Florida be approved.

REVIEW OF 2017 ANNUAL REPORT
PROPOSED MOTION:  I move the FMPTF be authorized to prepare and submit the 2017 Annual Report to the Division of Management Services.

DETAILED ACCOUNTING REPORT FOR FY2017
PROPOSED MOTION:  I move the Detailed Accounting Report be approved and submitted with the 2017 Annual Report.
8.
STATUTORY DECLARATION OF RETURNS
PROPOSED MOTION:  I move Chairman Easom be authorized to sign the Declaration of Returns Letter for submission with the 2017 Annual Report.

REVIEW OF FINANCIAL REPORTS
PROPOSED MOTION:  I move the board acknowledge the latest financial reports provided by Florida Municipal Pension Trust fund.

FIDUCIARY LIABILITY POLICY
PROPOSED MOTION:  I move the renewal of the Board's Fiduciary Liability Policy in the amount of $2,969.00 be approved.
