If a citizen outside of Dunnellon requests to open with prayer, (s)he may so if no invitees/citizens volunteer.)

LETTER OF SUPPORT FOR CR484/E PENNSYLVANIA MULTI-MODAL PROJECT AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT STUDY
Accept public comment on this agenda item.

PROPOSED MOTION: Authorize Mayor to sign letter from Council in support of the CR484/E Pennsylvania Multi-Modal Project and Access Management Scope of Service to be performed by Kimley-Horn.
2.
CONSTRUCTION OF CITY BEACH BOARDWALK AND FISHING DOCK
Accept public comment on this agenda item.

In order to maintain the safety and because the health and welfare of the public is in jeopardy, I move the sealed bid process be waived and direct staff to obtain at least two proposals for construction of the City Beach boardwalk and fishing dock.
