PROPOSED MOTION:  I move the Mayor be authorized to sign the proposed letter to Marion County Commission encouraging specific language to be added back into their proposed 2018 Evaluation and Appraisal Report that protects that portion within Marion County extending south and west from the FPA to the Marion County boundary.
