Review revisions requested by FDEP to meet state requirements relating to Stormwater Management following review of the City's MS4 compliance for Comprehensive Plan Consistency

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection requested that the City amend the provisions adopted by Ordinance #ORD2018-05 as specified in the proposed ordinance as specified in proposed ordinance attached to the Resolution to expand the applicability of the City's ordinance beyond construction sites only.
