You may submit a public records request by either contacting the City Clerk's Office at (352) 465-8500 or by email. Please include the topic of your request in the subject line of your message as well as in the body of the message.
Please note that public records requests are not required to be in writing and you do not have to disclose your identity. However, it may assist us in processing your request accurately, quickly, and efficiently.
We will process all public records requests in compliance with Florida Statute 119.07 within a reasonable amount of time and charge the duplication fees outlined in the statute. Extensive requests will result in charges for staff time. You will be provided with an estimate of the retrieval cost and may be asked to pay a deposit before documents are pulled.
