Dunnellon City Hall is nestled under trees along the water's edge of the Withlacoochee River. The view from the Council Chambers includes the Withlacoochee River, large picnic deck, boat ramp facility constructed and maintained by the Department of Environmental Protection, Game and Fresh Water Fish Commission. The city hall clock tower was constructed with donations from local businesses and residents. The fountain was also built with donated funds from the Kiwanis Club.
Centennial Park is located at the western portion of the city hall property adorned by the community Christmas tree, a southern style gazebo and a time capsule constructed and celebrated during the City's Centennial festivities. City Hall is home to the office of the City Manager, City Clerk, Communication & Program Coordinator and the departments of Finance and Community Development/Building Department.
